About JiffyCon:

Founded in 2006, we hold these events once or twice yearly alternating between the eastern and western parts of the state. This year we are partnering with Glow Lime Games, Modern Myths and Pioneer Valley Game Developers to bring these games to you.

We love to introduce people to new games--tabletop rpgs, board games, card games, live action occasionally. You can play games with their designers, great GMs who love the games, and also try out games in progress (those will be marked "Playtest"). No prior knowledge is need for any of the games. All attendees are asked to abide by our code of conduct (link soon).

All you need is an open mind and a free Saturday. Come meet new friends and discover fantastic, adventure-full and somtimes heart-wrenching worlds you can make your own.

Other Events TBD:

  • We hope to add a Friday night gathering or game creation event. Stay tuned!
  • Saturday night is a great time to get to know folks from the convention better--hope you can join us in Northampton for a gathering with other attendees. (Details with registration.)

Registration:

Sign up for both the morning and afternoon sessions will take place from 8:00am to 9am immediately following your on-site payment of the registration fee. It is $10 if you pre-register, or $15 at the door.

Sessions will be held in rooms 104, 105 and 106. Please see this site for accessibility information.

Past JiffyCons

In past JiffyCons we've featured locally grown games like Time and TempShooting the MoonMisspent Youth1001 Nights, and Shock:Human Contact as well as games in development such as Tales of the Fisherman's Wife and Swords without Master. We love both the old school and the newfangled. We welcome board games and rpgs. Our attendees have come from far and wide throughout New England, and our attendance has steadily increased over the past decade. We couldn't have done it without the kind folks who GM and facilitate GM-less goodness!
